Septic Tank Replacement
Concrete septic tanks do not last forever. The most common issue we find with concrete septic tanks is deterioration. Deterioration is caused by the Hydrogen Sulfide gases that reside in the tank that rise and slowly eat away at the concrete. It is often found more excessive in the secondary septic tank because of its lesser solid content than the primary tank to “shield” the gases from rising to the top of the septic tank. Deterioration in concrete septic tanks is common and can accelerate at different rates depending on the quality of the concrete. If the deterioration is severe enough, the tank could collapse which is then a safety concern. Our Polypropylene tanks are built to last much longer than the traditional concrete cast tanks. We will obtain the construction permit for you. We will be the direct line of communication with your local Health Department during the process and will take care of you from the first phone call until the job is complete.
